We offer premium cleaning of your residence on a daily, weekly, bimonthly, monthly basis. After a hard day’s/week’s work schedule, the last thing you want to do is clean your own residence or endure a below-average house cleaning service. We aim to make you extremely happy with our service.

Having gained our first experience in the cleaning business with restaurant cleaning, we are very well qualified on how to make your residence as clean as the top restaurants in the Washington, DC market.

We have standardized our cleaning by using our Premium cleaning checklist. We also offer move-in/move-out and seasonal cleaning. We provide all the supplies and chemicals required to clean your residence. We use high-quality commercial equipment (such as HEPA-filtered vacuums to more effectively clean as well as improve the air quality of the facility’s environment);  GREEN SEAL chemicals to produce a deep clean of your residence while reducing the threat to your family; and GREEN SEAL-certified carpet cleaning to more effectively clean your carpets and rugs.

Premium Cleaning Checklist

BEDROOMS

• All surfaces dusted top and front (We use static-eliminating dust clothes that greatly reduce the surface from attracting dust particles.)
• Mirrors cleaned and left spotless (We use professional window cleaning equipment.)
• Window sills cleaned and dusted
• Fingerprints cleaned from woodwork, doors and switch plates
• Vacuum using extension wands to remove dust and dirt hiding under your furniture
• Trash emptied and removed
• Baseboards cleaned/dusted
• Lampshades dusted
• Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed
• Cobwebs removed and areas sanitized to reduce future cobwebs
• Overall appearance left neat and tidy

BATHROOMS

• Tubs / Sinks / Tile / Chrome / Vanity tops scrubbed and left shining
• Toilet (and surrounding area) scrubbed and left shining
• Mirrors cleaned and left spotless
• Sills wiped clean
• Trash emptied
• Baseboards / Floors vacuumed and washed
• Area rugs taken outside and shaken
• Stone floor grout restoration

KITCHEN

• Countertops / Backsplash cleaned (items removed and replaced)
• Floors scrubbed and rinse mopped
• Cabinet fronts cleaned
• Trash emptied and removed
• Sinks scrubbed (including behind sink)
• Window behind sink (if applicable) washed
• Outside refrigerator cleaned
• Fingerprints cleaned from woodwork, doors and switch plates
• Microwaves cleaned thoroughly (inside and out).
• Exterior of oven cleaned
• Oven interior cleaned seasonally
• Stone floor grout restoration

HALLWAYS

• Baseboards / Picture frames dusted
• Fingerprints cleaned from woodwork, doors and switch plates
• Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed or floors washed
• Hard floors vacuumed and light mopped
• Carpets spot-cleaned with HOST dry extraction approach which leaves your carpets more effectively cleaned AND dry

LIVING ROOMS/ BEDROOMS

• Furniture dusted (items removed and replaced)
• Glass tables cleaned
• Baseboards / Picture frames dusted
• Window sills wiped
• Lampshades dusted
• Tile / Hardwood floors vacuumed and damp mopped
• Carpets and carpet edges vacuumed
• Spot-clean all carpets with HOST dry extraction method
• Cobwebs removed and those areas sanitized
• Furniture cushions / Magazines / Newspapers straightened
• Fingerprints wiped from woodwork, doors and switch plates
