Kevorkian Cleaning Company maintains the very best insurance coverage possible in the janitorial industry. In addition, there are several types of specialized coverages we have included for our mutual protection that deserve special mention.

Care, Custody, and Control Protection

This important form of protection is excluded from most standard general liability policies. It provides protection against damage to property by our employees for which we may be held legally liable.

Extended Property Damage

This coverage redefines property damage to include theft and mysterious disappearance for which we are legally liable.

Lost Key Protection

If we have the legal responsibility for a master key for a building and it is lost or misplaced, this provides coverage to have the building totally re-keyed, if it is necessary.

Third Party Fidelity Bond Insurance

This is protection in the event that one of our employees steals. There must be conclusive proof; but, once that is established, the bond will respond to our legal responsibility up to a maximum of $250,000 per incident, which would cover any major theft. KEVORKIAN CLEANING COMPANY HAS NEVER HAD ANY INSURANCE CLAIM FOR THEFT  in over 14 years in business. A copy of our insurance certificate shall be furnished with all proposals for service.
