The agreement of work is determined by mutuall-agreed upon specifications worked out with the client. Generally common areas are cleaned as follows:

Vacuum all floors, hard and carpeted
Vacuum all floor mats
Remove all high dust and cobwebs
Dust all flat surfaces and decorations
Empty all waste receptacles-replace liners
Clean doors and walls around light switches to remove dirt and finger prints
Clean and disinfect all bathrooms
Refill all bathroom dispensers as needed
Sweep, deckbrush, rinse mop bathroom floors
Disinfect and dust all desk areas
Clean, disinfect and polish counter tops and workstations
Spot clean all windows as needed (complete window cleaning as requested)
Sweep up front entrance area
Place all garbage and/or recylcables in appropriate pickup areas
Replenish all paper products where necessary
Vacuum and/or mop all hard floors in hallways and stairwells
Police outside areas, including parking garages, for trash and debris
Diamond hone and/or polish stone floors, including marble, granite, and terrazzo
Spot clean all carpeted areas with highly-effective HOST carpet cleaning system (complete carpet cleaning as requested)
